Why optimize your solar panels?

Traditional photovoltaic panels convert only part of the solar energy into electricity: the rest, in the form of heat, is lost. This heat even causes a drop in electrical efficiency when the cells overheat.

The Li-Mithra solution solves this problem: thanks to an integrated cooling and heat recovery system, it keeps the photovoltaic cells at an optimal temperature while recovering the heat collected. This heat is then used to power a solar heat pump or a thermal storage system for heating, domestic hot water, or other energy uses.

As a result, each square meter of collector simultaneously produces electricity and heat, providing up to 10 times more useful energy than a photovoltaic panel alone. You maximize your investment and reduce your energy bill, while increasing your energy independence.

How does Li-Mithra energy optimization work?

The system is based on a hybrid solar panel: beneath the photovoltaic cells, a heat exchanger circulates a heat transfer fluid. This fluid captures solar heat as well as heat from the ambient air, rain, snow, and soil. These sources are then harnessed by the Li-Mithra heat pump, which is specifically designed to work with this type of collector.

The Limibox, the intelligent heart of the device, manages energy distribution, prioritizes uses (self-consumption, heating, storage), and provides remote monitoring. This automated control ensures the best possible efficiency in all seasons, without manual intervention.

The entire system is Plug & Play, quick to install, compatible with most existing configurations, and entirely manufactured in France.
